Shipment processing time
Orders are hand-packed and shipped from Costa Mesa, CA within 1-2 business days. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose when checking out and based on product availability. Expect delays during the holidays and the entire month of December. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, large or oversize shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. E-motion Engineering products include UPS Ground shipping in the Continental US. Alaska and Hawaii are all billed at actual shipping charges. International shipments will be coordinated via email/phone and charged separately.Damages
E-Motion Engineering is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim immediately. We will do our best to help as much as possible.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
E-Motion Engineering is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Your satisfaction and happiness is one of our top commitments. Within 14 days after you have received your order, if you find that you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us directly. Please let us know what issues you’re having with your order and how we can make it right.
Receive a full refund within 30 days on new, uninstalled, and unused parts. There is a 10% restocking fee. This does not apply to special orders. Special order returns are on a case-by-case basis, please contact us to coordinate. All refunds will be provided in the payment form it was received at the time of purchase within 14-business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees, unless otherwise discussed.
If an error was made on our part, we do what we can to fix it to your highest satisfaction.
